A lifetime Montpelier native, Ric married his wife Kittie in 2002, and they reside at 13142 Rd. K, Montpelier.Played baseball, football, and basketball all 4 years in high school and was all – Ohio in baseball in 1970.Lettered 4 years in baseball at BGSU (MAC champion’s in1972). Bachelor’s degree in Phys. Ed with Health Ed. Minor.Was co-owner of Richmond Machine Co. in Montpelier for approx. 20 years.Current co-owner of two businesses in Montpelier: Tanning Unlimited, and Buck Derby Tree Slings. Also currently employed at Strait-Line Fence Co. in Bryan.Has been a Buck knife dealer for approx. 15 yearsIs an avid bow hunter, bowler, and knife collector. Also enjoys biking, swimming, reading, music, poker, and writing poetry.Plays 5 different musical instruments (drums, keyboard, guitar, vibes, and harmonica), and looking to again form a band.Coached baseball, football, and basketball in Montpelier for approx. 15 years.Has been an auctioneer for Bob Mercer Realty since 2005, and working on real estate license.E Mail: Uncle_Bucks_knives@hotmail.com
